THE UNHEARD PATHOS A gentle breeze, the rustling of leaves.. Blossoms with colours bright and gorgeous, The chirpy robin sings a song so naive.. The crickets join  together in a chorus. And in the midst of this , a paradise so true I find myself lost beneath the never ending blue... If this is a dream I wish it to be true! Alas! I had to open my eyes to a world so bleak, Where darkness alone prevails.. The engulfing darkness pervades my inner self . I try to yell but of no avail; The deafening sounds of thunder gulps down my cries, The cruel storm carries my body afar and torn... And faraway I hear a shriek ‘Alas! A girl child is born!’                                                                                           ...
